About the caisse

Caisse Desjardins du Réseau municipal is a financial service cooperative with 17,000 members who are municipal workers from across the province.

Created in 1945 by a firefighter and a civil servant from the City of Montreal, the caisse provides financial advice and services tailored to the needs of municipal employees.

The caisse is firmly rooted in the community and each member is also a part-owner.

While the caisse's financial service centres are located in Greater Montreal, our advisors still provide services remotely to firefighters, blue-collar workers, civil servants, managers and professionals from cities that are among the caisse's groups.
