The Healthy Enterprise — Elite certification is awarded by Bureau de normalisation du Québec (BNQ). Through the prevention, promotion and organizational practices contributing to health in the workplace, it aims to maintain and foster sustainable improvement in the health of individuals in the workplace.

The caisse became accredited in June 2012 to respond constructively to absenteeism issues. It set up a Health and Wellbeing Committee made up of employees in each area of the caisse.
The committee is responsible for establishing an action plan, ensuring there is at least one action for each facet of the standard. It assesses the actions taken annually by surveying the entire workforce.
BNQ conducts quality management audits annually and recertification audits every 3 years.
