Today's Caisse populaire de Cornwall Inc. is the result of the merger of the Caisse populaire de Cornwall (sur le chemin Montréal), in July 1, 1992 and the Caisse populaire de Cornwall (rue Pitt).
It was founded in June 30, 1953 by Monseigneur Rosario Brodeur, Père Patrick Breton.
