Mission

The mission of Caisse Desjardins de la région de Thetford is to contribute to the social and economic betterment of members and the community within the compatible limits of its field of activity.

Its goals are to:

  • Promote the practice of saving and the wise use of credit among members.
  • Stimulate individual and group initiative.
  • Help members play an active role in their economic and social environment.
  • Promote economic, social and cooperative education.

History

Caisse Desjardins de la Région de Thetford came as a result of the merger of the Broughton, des Hauts-Reliefs and de Thetford Mines caisses.

With nearly 30,000 members, a head office and 1 service centre, the caisse is a regional force.

Under the general management of Mathieu Cliche and a seasoned team of managers, more than 100 employees work to serve our members well.

Deep-rooted in the community, Caisse Desjardins de la Région de Thetford plays a leading economic role and contributes generously to local social, cultural and sporting life.
