Help – You can find the following information on your cheques
The institution number has 3 digits.
The identification number (the caisse transit number) has 5 digits. It is between the cheque number and institution number at the bottom of the cheque.
The account or folio number has a variable number of digits and can be found after the institution number, at the bottom of the cheque.
