Desjardins has a long tradition of involvement with local youth. This is why Caisse Desjardins des Sources is so enthusiastic about the massive concerted effort being made by all Desjardins components toward youth outreach.
Are you a student who could use a financial boost?
You can enter the caisse's scholarship contest between September 13 and 27, 2021, for a chance to win 1 of 5 scholarships of $1,000. To be eligible, you must be a full-time vocational, CEGEP or university student.
Apply between March 1 and March 31, 2022, for the chance to win a Desjardins Foundation scholarship. To apply, go to the Desjardins Foundation page and create your profile to automatically register for scholarships from both the caisse and the Desjardins Foundation, doubling your chances of receiving a scholarship. Once you've created your profile, you'll automatically be notified when we start accepting applications.

The Young Intern Director program gives young people between the ages of 18 and 30 the chance to contribute to their caisse by sitting on the board of directors and participating in board meetings and discussions, but without voting rights.
It's an opportunity to represent your community and embody cooperative values while gaining valuable work experience.
