Caisse Desjardins de Terrebonne is involved with local youth. This is why it is so enthusiastic about the massive concerted effort being made by all Desjardins components toward youth outreach.

To help introduce children to sound savings habits at an early age, Caisse Desjardins de Terrebonne actively supports the educational School Caisse services at the following schools: Esther-Blondin, Vision Terrebonne, L'Arc-en-ciel, L'Espace Couleurs, Vieux-Chêne, des Pionniers, Marie-Soleil-Tougas, Saint-Louis and Léopold-Gravel.

Since 2001, the Caisse has been organizing the Desjardins Terrebonne youth drawing contest. Each year, it puts on an event to reward the contest finalists. Over 300 people attend the event each year, which appeals to parents and children alike.

The caisse encourages youth and their talent. That's why it works closely with the teachers of Terrebonne's 13 elementary schools.
