Thanks to the collaboration of your caisse, free 2-hour group workshops are offered by community partners or educational institutions of the region.

We take a dynamic approach that gets you involved. You'll interact through a variety of hands-on activities and exercises.

Cooperative education for youth project

To meet the needs of our youth clientele and build a real trust-based business relationship with them, we organize an annual meeting with the graduating students at the Polyvalente Appalaches de Sainte-Justine in mid-May. The goal of this information session is to make students aware of the financial challenges they will face after graduation and the financial products and services available to them.

This year, the meeting will take place on May 6, 2011, at 12:30 p.m.

School caisse

To help introduce children to sound savings habits at an early age, the Caisse Desjardins des Etchemins actively supports the educational school caisse services in local schools.

Caisse Desjardins des Etchemins also contributes to the Desjardins Foundation, which awards over a half million dollars in scholarships each year.

Scholarship program

To have an optimistic view of the future, we need to count on a dynamic, skilled workforce at the heart of tomorrow's society.

In 2019, Caisse Desjardins des Etchemins supported members' efforts to stay in school by awarding $17,000 in scholarships.

The Caisse Desjardins des Etchemins is proud to support its student members and help them stay in school.

Jeune Personnalité Desjardins Award

Each year, the Jeune Personnalité Desjardins Award is given to a young Caisse Desjardins des Etchemins member age 18 to 30 for their exceptional involvement.

The recipient wins $500 and $1,000 is awarded to the organization of their choice.
