Escot: You don't arrive in a country with all the answers.

[Escot is seen in a meeting room talking with Colombian entrepreneurs.]

Escot: It's a combination of our expertise and our knowledge. It's all about creating a link between Desjardins Group's experience and the country.

[Scenes are shown of Dionne speaking to various audiences outside and in a room.]

Dionne: It's a great source of pride for me when we see the ideas that are being generated here—this cooperative approach and our way of working—when I see that we can communicate this in a major emerging country like Colombia.

[We see a time-lapse shot of a Colombian mountain range with clouds at the peaks and a shot of the Colombian flag blowing in the wind.]

Escot: The last 5 years have been a dream come true for my family and for me professionally. Thanks to this experience, I have 2 small boys who speak 3 languages.

[Escot is shown talking with and standing next to his team of 17 men and women in Colombia. Workers are shown picking and tossing pineapples in a field. A worker from a Colombian cooperative is seen talking with a convenience store owner at her counter.]

Dionne: To have the chance to live in another country on behalf of Desjardins Group is one of the greatest things that I've ever done professionally.
