You can pay your Desjardins credit card and Accord D financing plans:
at any ATM that accepts Desjardins credit card payments1
at a Desjardins caisse
by mail at the following address: Desjardins Card Services, P.O. Box 8601, Centre-ville Station, Montréal, Québec, H3C 3V2 (with appropriate coupon)
On AccèsD Internet, go to Desjardins.com and log in to AccèsD. View your Desjardins credit card and Accord D financing information free of charge, at any time.
By phone at 514-CAISSES (514-224-7737) for the Montreal area or at 1-800-CAISSES (1-800-224-7737) for the United States and elsewhere in Canada.
You can always make a payment on the principal before your financing is due. It can be applied directly to your financing plan and will not incur any penalties.
The due date, you may still have to pay interest incurred between the statement date and the date of the payment on the principal.

Not a Desjardins member?
If you’re not a Desjardins member, follow your financial institution’s financing plan registration process.
To make payments on the transactional site of a financial institution other than Desjardins:
- select "Desjardins Financement Rem. Capital"
- enter your account number’s 16 digits and your financing plan’s 3 digits
