  • From the moment your physician suspects you have a critical illness, you have access to Best Doctors®, Inc., a service that enables you to have your medical file reviewed by world-renowned specialists who confirm your diagnosis and the suggested treatment plan. They can also monitor your treatment plan with you and your attending physician for added reassurance.
  • A nurse from Assistel, a leader in telephone assistance, will contact you to help you find the appropriate services, care, providers or information related to your illness (Convalescence Assistance - case management) and offer you psychological support (Psychological Assistance).
