Quick and efficient ways to contact us:

    Meet with:

    • a Desjardins advisor at a caisse, or
    • a mortgage representative from our mobile team wherever and whenever is convenient for you, 7 days a week
  • Online

    Take 5 to 10 minutes to fill out and send your request online1. A Desjardins advisor will contact you promptly to schedule an appointment at your convenience

1. To apply online, you must be a Canadian resident, be of the age of majority in the province in which you reside and not have declared bankruptcy.

For your meeting with a Desjardins advisor, have all the required information and documents handy to speed up the application process.

Making a joint application? The co-borrower must be present when you fill out the form.

Required documents

  • Proof of earnings (pay stub, notice of assessment, etc.)
  • Proof of income, if you're self-employed (tax returns over 3 years, notice of assessment and future contracts)
  • Investment statements
  • Offer to Purchase for your second home
  • Copies of municipal and school tax bills of the home to be purchased
  • Copy of the listing, if the purchase is through a realtor
