Required documents

  • Proof of earnings (pay stub, notice of assessment, etc.)
  • Proof of income, if you're self-employed (tax returns over 3 years, notice of assessment and future contracts)
  • Investment statements
  • Plans, quotations and bid from a contractor, if applicable
  • Copy of the contractor's permit, if applicable
  • Copy of the preliminary contract (equivalent to an offer to purchase), if applicable
