Log on to AccèsD more easily

Save your username to log on to AccèsD more easily. It's simple!

Non-Desjardins member AccèsD users

If you have a Desjardins credit card but aren't a Desjardins member, you can use your credit or prepaid card number or your email address as your username to log on to AccèsD.

How it works

  1. Open the Log on page.
  2. Enter your card number and select the Remember check box.

  3. Add a description if needed (e.g., My card, Mary's card, Spouse's card). If you saved more than one username, adding a description will make it easier to spot your username when you log on. Refresh the page to see the description you added.

Save up to 6 usernames

You can save up to 6 usernames to allow family members who share the same computer to log on to AccèsD more quickly. They can each save and spot their username easily.

Once a first username is saved, select it and log on to AccèsD to make transactions to the account linked to it.

Add a username

You can add username by clicking Switch usernames. The Log on page will be displayed and you can fill in the Username field, select the Remember check box and fill in the Description field, if needed.

To use another username once one or more usernames are saved, click Switch usernames.

Delete a username

To delete one or more usernames, you have 3 options:

  1. Click Delete usernames on AccèsD.
  2. On the Authentication page, click Delete username.

  3. Clear your computer's cache. As some browsers delete cookies, saved usernames to log on to AccèsD may be deleted. You can save them again the next time you log on.

An email username is simple, easy to remember and secure!

  • Log on to AccèsD with your access card number as you've done until now, and click on the Profile and preferences icon in the right-hand menu.
  • Under Security settings, select Username, and then click on Add an email. Here's where you can enter your email address.
  • You'll then have to activate your email address with an activation code. Click on Get activation code to get a code.
  • Once you receive your code by email, enter it in the Activation code field, and then click on Activate.

You'll be able to use your email address as your username the next time you log on. You'll also be able to use your username to log on to AccèsD mobile.

You can continue to use your card number to log on even if you create an email username.

If you're also an AccèsD Affaires user, you'll have to use a different email address to connect to AccèsD and AccèsD Affaires.

How it works

If your username is your access card number, you'll be prompted to answer a few questions to verify your identity. You'll then be able to create your new password.

If you have an email username, you'll receive a temporary password by email. Once you're received the email, you'll have 10 minutes to log on using your temporary password. You'll then be prompted to answer a personal question to verify your identity. After providing a valid answer, you'll be prompted to create a new password.

To receive a temporary password by email, you must add an email address to your usernames.
