About the organization

Merinov is a key research centre for the Canadian fishing, aquaculture, and aquatic product processing and development industries. The non-profit aims to reduce the impact that these industries have on marine ecosystems through sustainable methods.

Goal of the project

To create an innovation hub aimed toward preserving and enriching marine ecosystems. To develop innovative technologies, such as new aquaculture farms and sustainable fishing vessels.
