You can use AccèsD Affaires to make transfers yourself.

Desjardins Group and the financial institutions in its network of international correspondents are all subject to strict regulations regarding international economic sanctions.

Funds transfers may be temporarily blocked as a result of these sanctions. If this happens, you may be asked additional questions. Your transfer will then be completed or cancelled based on your responses.

Except in certain cases, a funds transfer may not be completed if an individual, business, organization, group or country involved in the transaction is directly or indirectly subject to international economic sanctions.

It is your responsibility to make sure that your funds transfer doesn’t violate international economic sanctions.

For more information, see the Current sanctions imposed by Canada.
