It's a complete range of assistance services that can help you when you need it the most.

The Guide, Protect and Support Program is confidential, free of charge and doesn't affect your insurance premiums. It's included with all insurance products distributed through our caisses and Desjardins Business centres or offered directly by phone or online through a Desjardins Insurance1 financial security advisor.

Some Guide, Protect and Support Program services are offered to all insured persons whereas others are only available to insured persons with specific coverages. Use our tool to determine which assistance services you are entitled to with the insurance products, coverages and solutions you have.

Most of our assistance services are offered by our partner Assistel. Assistel, a Montreal-based leader in telephone assistance services, provides confidential guidance and support to millions of Canadians.
