Make an Interac e-Transfer

Requirements

To send an Interac e-Transfer® on AccèsD Affaires, you need to:

  • Be a primary administrator of a single-signature business account at Desjardins
  • Be registered for AccèsD Affaires and have an Interac profile
    Register for AccèsD Affaires
  • Know the email address or cellphone number of the person you want to send money to

To receive an Interac e-Transfer, you need to:

  • Have an account at a Canadian financial institution
  • Provide your email address, cellphone number or the number of the business account where you want to receive funds

How to make an Interac e-Transfer from your business account

  1. Log in to AccèsD Affaires - This link will open in a new window.
  2. Tap Transfers.

  3. Select Interac e-Transfers and follow the instructions.

  3. Select Interac e-Transfers and follow the instructions.

Receiving funds

The recipient will receive a notification within 30 minutes. The money is available as soon as the recipient receives the notification and accepts the transaction.
