Our financial soundness was recognized once again this year, earning us a spot on the list of the world's safest financial institutions published by New York–based Global Finance magazine (“The World's 50 Safest Banks in 2013“).

Best Corporate Citizen in Canada

Desjardins was awarded first place by Toronto's Corporate Knights magazine in its ranking of Canada's 50 best corporate citizens.

The award is based on 11 indicators that measure social and environmental performance and corporate governance.

AccèsD client contact centres: An outstanding performance!

Our AccèsD client contact centres received Customer Operation Performance Center (COPC) certification again, for the ninth year in a row. The distinction is a worldwide first—no other organization of any type has held COPC certification this long.

Certification from COPC, the world's leading authority on customer experience management, is extremely difficult to achieve. Companies seeking COPC certification must meet a number of management requirements in addition to defining and attaining monthly objectives for over 250 performance indicators such as:

AccèsD Internet earns kudos for its UX expertise

Our AccèsD Internet team's expertise in user experience design helped Desjardins Group earn Certified Practice in Usability (CPU) certification from Human Factors International (HFI).
