Professional experience

Marie-Josée has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from Université de Montréal. In 2018, she became President of Tandem International whose mission is to support businesses with the digital development of their business models. She also teaches management at McGill University. During a 12-year tenure at L'Oréal, she served in a number of capacities, including Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Corporate Communications Officer. She then moved to Google Canada where she served as a managing director from 2014 to 2018. She is recognized internationally for her expertise in marketing, branding and digital transformation, and is considered an influential figure in those areas. Marie-Josée has also served on the boards of a number of organizations.
