You can submit your application at any time. Our recruitment teams will then have access to your profile in our candidate database and can contact you based on the needs of the organization. It's still essential that you check job offers on a regular basis and apply for jobs that match your profile to make sure you don't miss an opportunity.

You can track the progress of your application under My Applications. You'll be able to check the status of each of your applications.

No. No email will be sent to you after you apply. You’ll get an on-screen message confirming your application has been submitted.

  • Click View job opportunities.
  • Click Apply in the job description.
  • Enter your email address and password, and then click Sign in. If you have not yet created your profile, click Create Account to create your login information and apply for the position.

To remove your profile from our system, email us - This link will open in a new window.. Your personal information will be kept on file at Desjardins Group for a minimum of 3 years from the time you posted your application on the site.

If after 4 years you’ve made no updates or applied for a job, your file will be deleted from our candidate database.

To apply for another job at Desjardins after this time, you’ll have to create a new profile.

  • the job number and title of the position for which you want to withdraw your application

No. All our recruiters exclusively use the online recruitment application to hire staff. All files are kept directly in the recruitment application, so you must use the application to create your profile and apply for jobs.
