FAQ – Desjardins mobile services app – Logging in to AccèsD and AccèsD Affaires on a mobile device
Yes, there's a mobile app you can use to access Desjardins mobile services easily from your smartphone or tablet. Download the app by clicking on the icon that corresponds to your mobile device:

There are 2 ways to connect to the Desjardins mobile site: you can either enter www.desjardins.com in your mobile browser's address bar or download the Desjardins mobile app.
Enter www.desjardins.com in your mobile browser's address bar. You can also go from the mobile site to the full site at any time by clicking on the Full site button at the bottom of the page.
You cannot, however, access the full site from the mobile app.
AccèsD mobile
- Click Log in.
- On the next page, click Forgot your password?
If your username is your debit card number, you'll get your security code by text message or email or by calling us.
Enter the 6-digit security code, then answer the security question. You can then create a new password.
If you have trouble getting a new password, call 1-800-224-7737 (1-800-CAISSES).
AccèsD Affaires mobile
- On the Log in - This link will open in a new window. page, enter your username and click Go.
- On the next page, click Forgot your password?
- If your username is your debit card number, you'll get your security code by text message or email or by calling us.
- Enter the 6-digit security code, then answer the security question. You can then create a new password.
If you're haveing trouble getting a new password, call 1-888-233-2473 (1-888-AFFAIRE).
Yes. To log in to AccèsD or AccèsD Affaires on your mobile device, first enter your username, and then answer the security question. If your username has already been recorded on your device, you'll automatically be directed to the AccèsD or AccèsD Affaires mobile authentication procedure using your personal phrase and password.
If your Internet connection is working but you can't connect, contact AccèsD Services at 1-800-224-7737 (1-800-CAISSES).
Yes. You can log in to the site on any mobile device. Note however, that you may be asked one of your security questions if you do so from a device you don't normally use, from a device that doesn’t save cookies, or if the cookies have been deleted.
Yes. Your session history is linked to your username, and not to any device so your mobile device may be recognized as your usual connection device. However, if someone logs in to their account on your device, they may be asked to confirm their identity and answer one of their security questions.
You can log in from different mobile devices on a regular basis. You'll only be asked one of your security questions when you log in from a new device.
Android devices
- Go to Settings.
- Select Apps.
- Find the Desjardins app in the list.
- Select Clear data and Clear cache.
- You can select the language preference the next time you launch the app.
If this procedure doesn't apply to the current version on your Android device, contact one of our technicians at 1 800 CAISSES (1 800 224-7737) between 6:00 a.m. to midnight Monday to Sunday.
Apple devices
- Go to Settings.
- Find the Desjardins app.
- Select Language.
Android devices
- Go to Settings.
- Select Apps.
- Find the Desjardins app.
- Select Clear data and Clear cache.

Apple devices
