It's a practical, secure, and user-friendly application that ensures Desjardins clients:

  • are notified when their payroll information is processed (notification)
  • can view the payroll data processing summary and verify certain information
  • view pay slips and messages posted for employees through the Employer D Unique

Yes. The Employer D application is an extension of services provided to Desjardins clients. The application is available for employers and their employees. Your Employer D Unique user code, company code, and password are required to use the application.

The application is compatible with iOS (Apple) and Android platforms. It is optimized for smartphones and works with the following operating systems:

  • iPhone® 3GS (iOS 6.0 or higher)
  • iPhone® 4 and 4S (iOS 6.0 or higher)
  • iPhone® 5, 5C, and 5S (iOS 6.0 or higher)
  • iPad® 2, iPad 3rd and 4th generation, and iPad Air (iOS 6.0 or higher)
  • iPod Touch® 4th and 5th generation (iOS 6.0 or higher)
  • iPad Mini 1st and 2nd generation (iOS 6.0 or higher)
  • Android v2.3 or higher (except version 3.0)

The application is available for download in the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).

No, the application is free. Only Desjardins clients with a valid user name and password can use the app. However, you (your company) must opt for the Self-Service module to enable employees to view their pay slips.

We take information security very seriously. The mobile application features the same security and protection characteristics as our Employer D Unique application, including secure authentication. Your sensitive personal information is encrypted to ensure its privacy and integrity on the Internet. Thanks to our high security standards, your data is protected at all times.

If you're an employee and you forgot your password or user code, refer to the documentation your employer gave you when you signed up for the online self-service or contact your organization's payroll.

Make sure you authenticate yourself at least once in the Employer D Unique. This step is essential to activate your account. If you still can't access the application, contact your company's Desjardins administrator or one of our customer service representatives.

If you're an employee and you have problems connecting, please contact the person in charge of your organization's payroll. This is the only person authorized to give you your identifiers.

The application is an extension of services provided to Desjardins clients, and is available for employers and their employees. If you already access your pay slips on the Employer D Unique, you can use the application. Simply download the application and authenticate yourself using your Employer D Unique user code, company code, and password.

If your employer opted for the Self-Service module and you already access your pay slips on Employer D, you can use the Employer D application. Simply download the application and authenticate yourself using your Employer D Unique user code, company code, and password.
