Online on AccèsD

If you use AccèsD, you can order a copy of a statement online:

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on Cards, loans and credit.
  • Select the appropriate credit card or prepaid card, click on More options in the right-hand menu, and then on Manage this account.
  • In the left-hand menu in the Statement section, click on Statements of account, and then on Request a copy of a statement.

To order a single statement:

  • Choose the start and end dates of the statement you want in the Select a statement section.
  • Then click on Add.

To order consecutive statements:

  • Choose the start and end dates for a given period in the Select a series of statements section.
  • Then click on Add.

By email

If you don't use AccèsD or if you prefer that we process your statement order by email, use the secure form to send us:

  • your Desjardins credit card or prepaid card number
  • your home telephone number
  • your date of birth
  • your mother's maiden name
  • the month and year of each statement you’d like to receive

By phone

You can also request a copy of a statement by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling 514-397-4415 or, 1-800-363-3380 (toll-free). Follow the instructions to order the statement of account you need. You'll receive it by mail within 10 business days.

Yes, all you have to do is register to get your monthly statements online.

Online on AccèsD

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click Statements and documents.
  • Under Register for online statements and documents, click Credit cards and prepaid cards.

You'll get a notice in your AccèsD mailbox letting you know your new statement is available.

By phone

You can also sign up for online monthly statements of account by calling an advisor at 514-397-4415 or 1-800-363-3380 (toll-free). Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

You can cancel your online statement of accounts by email by using the secure form to send us your:

  • Desjardins credit card or prepaid card number
  • home telephone number
  • date of birth
  • mother's maiden name

You can also cancel your online account statements by calling Customer Service at 514-397-4415 or 1-800-363-3380 (toll-free). Business hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday to Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

To print your online monthly credit card statement:

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on Cards, loans and credit.
  • Select the appropriate credit card, click on Options in the right-hand menu, and then on Manage this account.
  • Under Statements of account, click on Reconciliation / Download.
  • Select the period or statement you want.
  • Download it in the desired format.
  • Print your statement.

Online on AccèsD

If you use AccèsD and you want to cancel your epost Service:

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on the Statements and documents icon in the right-hand menu, and then on epost bills and documents under Monthly statements.
  • Under the My Mailers tab, click on Delete located on the right in the Action column of the biller to be deleted.
  • Click on Continue to confirm the removal of the biller.
  • Repeat for each biller on file for the service.

Then, 24 to 48 hours later, do as follows:

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on the Profile and preferences icon in theright-hand menu and then on Cancel epost service under epost service.

If you have an account with another financial institution, please contact them to find out how to cancel the epost service.
