Online on AccèsD

You can see your Desjardins credit card account online on AccèsD. Check your account balance and recent transactions, and see your monthly statements.

If you are a caisse member and want to register for AccèsD, call 514-522-2373 or 1-800-CAISSES (224-7737), 6:00 a.m. to midnight, 7 days a week.

If you are not a caisse member, call the customer service department at 514-397-4415 or 1-800-363-3380 (toll-free). Business hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday to Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..

By phone

You can also get updated account information (current balance, due date of your last statement, recent transactions, etc.) by phone. Call 514-397-4415 or 1-800-363-3380 (toll-free), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Online on AccèsD

If you use AccèsD, you can change the address of your Desjardins credit card account online:

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on Cards, loans and credit.
  • Select the appropriate credit card, click on More options in the right-hand menu, and then on Manage this account.
  • In the left-hand menu in the Account management section, click on Change your address.
  • Enter your new address.

By email

If you don't use AccèsD or if you prefer requesting the change the address by email, use the secure form to send us:

  • your Desjardins credit card number
  • your home phone number (old and new one)
  • your date of birth
  • your mother's maiden name
  • your new address
  • the date your change of address will come into effect

You may also change your address by phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just call 514-397-4415 or 1-800-363-3380 (toll-free). Follow the instructions and dictate your new address to the automated system. It will automatically register to your Visa Desjardins account.

By e-mail

To enter an address for a residence outside of Canada, please use the secure form to send us the following information:

  • Your Desjardins credit card number
  • Your home phone number (old and new one)
  • Your date of birth
  • Your mother's maiden name
  • Your new address
  • The date your change of address will come into effect

Please note that we cannot change your adress permanently address when you are outside of the country and require the date of your return to Canada. If you do not know the date, your previous address will automatically be reinstated on your account after one year.

The card number you need to use to log on to AccèsD corresponds to your Desjardins Access Card (debit card) or virtual card number and not to your Desjardins credit, private-label or prepaid card number. If you're not a member of a Desjardins caisse, enter your virtual card number1.

  1. Lors de votre inscription en ligne, si vous détenez seulement une carte de crédit ou une carte prépayée de Desjardins, un numéro de carte virtuelle vous sera transmis.

To see your Desjardins credit card statement of account on AccèsD:

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on the Statements and documents icon in the right-hand menu and then on Credit cards and prepaid cards.
  • Select the appropriate credit card and click on Access account.
  • In the Information column, click Monthly statement of account (PDF format).

You can see the same information for previous statements by clicking on Archived statements of account.

To see your credit card statements from the last 62 days:

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on Cards, loans and credit.
  • Select the appropriate credit card, click on More options in the right-hand menu, and then on Manage this account.
  • In the left-hand menu, click on Statements of account in the Statement section and then on Reconciliation/Download.
  • Select the desired time period.
  • View your statement on-screen, download it in the format you want to save or print it.

To see the transactions made since the last monthly statement:

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on Cards, loans and credit.
  • Select the appropriate credit card, click on More options in the right-hand menu, and then on Manage this account.
  • In the Cards section in the left-hand menu, click on Latest transactions.
  • Transactions from the last 7 days are listed automatically.
  • Select Last statement from the dropdown the menu in the upper right-hand portion of the page.

Under Current account status, you can see your account balance, total unbilled transactions, authorized credit limit as well as the available credit on your account.

If you changed your address with your caisse, the new address will not automatically be made to your Desjardins credit card account. Please contact Desjardins Card Services to report your change of address.

  • Click on Cards, loans and credit.
  • Select the appropriate credit card, click on More options in the right-hand menu, and then on Manage this account.
  • In the left-hand menu in the Account management section, click on Change your address.
  • Enter your new email address.

When attempting to download a statement or other PDF document (e.g., a specimen cheque), you may instead get a white or gray window with the error message “about:blank”.

To prevent this from occurring and ensure an optimal use of our services, please see the following recommendations:

  1. Install Adobe Reader on your computer and make sure it's been updated to the latest version.
  2. Clear your browser's cache memory.
  3. Access the AccèsD site securely by using the complete www.desjardins.com address. To log on, click on the Log on button in the upper right hand portion of the screen.
  4. Update your computer.

Online on AccèsD

If you use AccèsD, you can apply for a credit limit increase online:

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on Cards, loans and credit.
  • Select the appropriate credit card, click on More options in the right-hand menu, and then on Manage this account.
  • In the left-hand menu in the Account management section, click on Increase credit limit.
  • Provide the required information.

You'll be able to specify how much of an increase you want. To confirm your application, enter the same password you use to log onto AccèsD. It will be considered as your electronic signature.

If you don't use AccèsD or if you prefer that we raise your credit limit for you, use the secure form to send us your:

You can apply for a credit limit increase by phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 514-397-4415 or 1-800-363-3380 (toll-free) and following the instructions. You can press “0” to speak to a credit analyst on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Online on AccèsD

If you use AccèsD, you can apply for an Accord D limit increase online:

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on Cards, loans and credit.
  • Select the appropriate credit card, click on More options in the right-hand menu, and then on Manage this account.
  • In the left-hand menu in the Accord D Financing section, click on Increase Accord D credit limit.
  • Provide the required information.

You'll be able to specify how much of an increase you want. To confirm your application, enter the same password you use to log onto AccèsD. It will be considered as your electronic signature.

AccèsD users with Desjardins credit cards will find their cards listed under Cards, loans and credit.

If your card is not listed there when you log on to AccèsD, contact us at 514-397-4415 or 1-800-363-3380 (toll-free), Monday to Friday. 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Online on AccèsD

If you use AccèsD, you can apply for a credit limit increase online:

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on Cards, loans and credit.
  • Select the appropriate credit card, click on More options in the right-hand menu, and then on Manage this account.
  • In the left-hand menu in the Account management section, click on Other requests, and then on Replace card.
  • Click on Validate to receive a new Visa Desjardins card by mail within 10 business days.

If you don't use AccèsD, you can call Customer Service at 514-397-4415 or 1-800-363-3380 (toll-free). Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

For administrative reasons, you have both a Desjardins credit card account number and a Desjardins credit card number. Only the two last digits are different. Payments can be made using the account number as well as the credit card number. However, the account number is not valid for making purchases.

If you need to make a correction to your information on file with the credit bureau (Equifax or TransUnion), send us a written request to:

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on Cards, loans and credit.
  • Select the appropriate credit card, click on More options in the right-hand menu, and then on Manage this account.
  • In the Desjardins Card Services section in the left-hand menu, click on Apply for a credit card.
  • In the Personal information section, check the Replace current card box.

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Open the Cards, loans and credit section.
  • On the right of the appropriate credit card, click Options, then Manage this account.
  • In the Account management section of the left-hand menu, click Request an additional card.
  • Fill out, print and sign the form and send it to the following fax number or address.

You can switch your card to the Modulo Visa® card with a 10.9% interest rate and an annual fee of $50. You can also get a Classic Visa card with a 12.9% interest rate and an annual fee of $30.

If you use the AccèsD Internet service, you can order an additional card online:

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click on the Cards tab.
  • Select the appropriate credit card and click Access/Modify account.
  • In the left-hand menu in the Account management section, click Upgrade or switch card.
  • Select the Modulo or Classic card.
