  • Non-members who are acting as an attorney or mandatary and have a Desjardins Access Card

The document sharing feature is on AccèsD.

To access it, go to Statements and documents. Under More options, select Document sharing.

No. You can't access the document sharing feature in our mobile app.

Yes. Here's how:

  • Go to the AccèsD website and log in
  • Tap Full site at the bottom of the page
  • Select Statements and documents
  • Under More options, select Document sharing

Good to know: You can't access the document sharing feature in the mobile app.

  • Check your email spam folder
  • If the notification email isn't there, contact your advisor to make sure we have the right email address on file
  • Access the relevant document sharing zone
  • In the View documents section, download the documents received
  • Access the relevant document sharing zone
  • In the Share documents section, select Add document, then select the documents you want to share

The following formats are allowed: PDF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, DOC, XLS, DOCX, XLXS, CSV and PPT.

You can't send videos or compressed files (ZIP files).

The maximum file size is 10 MB.

You'll need to split your file into several smaller ones.

You can upload up to 30 files of up to 10 MB each at the same time.

No. Shared files don't have to be protected with a password because they are shared on AccèsD, which is a secure environment.

No. Once a file has been shared, you can't delete it from a sharing zone.

No. A document sharing zone can be accessed for 30 days. After that, you can no longer access the zone, add documents to it or view the documents that were in it.

We recommend downloading any documents shared by your advisor right away and saving a copy for your records.
