You won’t be able to sign the document. The sender will receive a notice of refusal.
You can refuse to sign the document. The sender will receive a notice of refusal. A refusal to sign ends the process for all signatories. Contact your Desjardins advisor to request a correction.
Did an error message appear?
- Document requiring multiple signatures: If the Signature refused message appears, one of the signatories refused to give consent or sign the document. The request cannot be completed. Contact your advisor.
- If the Session cancelled message appears, a Desjardins employee cancelled the signature request. In this case, the request cannot be completed. Contact your advisor.
- If the Signature request locked message appears, the maximum number of authentication attempts was exceeded. The signature request is therefore locked and cannot be completed. Contact your advisor.

No. Documents are only available electronically.
We recommend downloading and saving your documents as soon as possible. The documents are available for download as long as the link in the confirmation email is valid.
Yes. Once everyone has signed, you'll receive a confirmation email allowing you to download and save the signed document.
You'll need a PDF reader to see it. Most devices use Adobe Acrobat. If the software isn’t available on your Apple device, use iBooks.
Simply close your browser window to end the session.
