What are Desjardins ATMs used for?

Use your Desjardins Access Card at our ATMs for direct access to your accounts, at any time, without having to visit a caisse counter, for the following transactions and operations:

• deposits¹;
• withdrawals;
• bill payments;
• transfers;
• statements of transactions;
• payments to your line of credit¹;
• information about account balances in the your folio and the balance of your VISA Desjardins account¹;
• updating your passbook and Statement of Transactions (at most ATMs)¹.
• changing the PIN (personal identification number) on your Desjardins Access Card or VISA Desjardins card¹.

You can also get a cash advances with your VISA Desjardins card.

Our ATMs are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except Sundays, 2 a.m. to 6 a.m., EST).

Transaction fees

• Charges of $1.50 apply to withdrawals made from the ATMs of other financial institutions in the INTERAC network.
• You must pay a $3.00 fee for each transaction or operation made from a PLUS network ATM.
