Multiproject Option

Available to all Desjardins mortgage holders.

Allows you to re-borrow money already paid on your mortgage loan as often as you like, without legal fees.

In addition to being used for home upkeep or renovations, the Multiproject Option can also be used to:

• purchase a car;
• pay tuition fees;
• take a vacation;
• make RRSP contributions;
• purchase unused contribution room RRSPs, and more.

If this option is not included in your mortgage, you can obtain it when you refinance your home.

Advantages

• A low interest rate – since it is financed at the current mortgage rate; the rate is lower than the rate on a personal loan or line of credit.
• Simpler to manage: you only have to make one periodic payment.
• Borrow as many times as you like.
