  • Your employers from the last three years.
  • Your addresses of the last three years.
  • Your monthly housing costs (rent, room and board).
  • The value of your vehicles (make and model) and properties.
  • The monthly payments and balances of your credit cards, lines of credit, personal loans and mortgages (including property taxes); car lease payments and other financial commitments (interest-free financing, pay in one year, etc.).
  • Financial information about your spouse or partner (for a joint application).
  • Information about the property to be purchased (municipal evaluation, property taxes, school taxes, address, etc.).
