Payment methods

Monthly Accord D instalments are automatically transferred to your current VISA Desjardins credit card balance. This means that by paying the minimum amount due on your bill, you also pay your Accord D monthly instalment, reducing your plan's principal balance.

The payment for this plan is not included in your monthly payment and is due on the plan due date. You'll receive a notice that the total balance is due between 30 and 59 days before the plan due date on your statement of account.

Monthly Accord D instalments are automatically transferred, every month, to your current VISA Desjardins credit card balance. During the deferred principal payment period, only interest fees are billed every month. After this period, monthly payments will include the principal as well as the interest fees. By paying the minimum amount due, you are also paying your monthly Accord D instalments.

Payments applied directly to the financing plan are lump-sum payments (in whole or in part for the deferred payment plan) and do not satisfy the Accord D monthly instalments included in the payment.

Principal payments made to equal payment financing plans and deferred principal payment financing plans are therefore additional payments (separate from Accord D monthly payments) that can be made at any time before the due date to reduce the balance in whole or in part.

Note that regular and lump-sum payments may be made before the due date without penalty, regardless of the type of financing plan selected.

You can pay your VISA Desjardins and Accord D account balances:

• at any ATM that accepts VISA Desjardins payments (except for principal payments)
• at your Desjardins caisse
• by authorized payment (except for principal payments)
• by mail at the following address: Desjardins Card Services, P.O. Box 8601, Centre-ville Station, Montréal (QC), H3C 3V2 (with appropriate coupon)

Desjardins caisse members can also pay:

• via AccèsD (Internet and telephone)
• at a Desjardins ATM
