Versatile Line of Credit	For owners of residential properties of 4 units or less. Allows the use of home equity to obtain financing.
Investor STRATEGIC Line of Credit	For borrowers with excess cash flow, few financial obligations, a high risk tolerance and who understand the power of leveraging (borrowing to invest). Variable rate and credit limit starting at $25,000 (certain conditions apply).

Student Advantage Line of Credit	Full-time and part-time vocational, college and university students. No age limit.
Student STRATEGIC Line of Credit	Available to full-time Quebec university students in one of the following programs: medicine, dentistry, optometry, pharmacy, actuarial sciences, law, engineering, pharmacology, chiropractic, veterinary medicine, podiatry and accounting.
