Mortgage loan application – Instructions

As your application cannot be saved, please print a copy for your files before submitting it.

Make applying online easy

Time required to fill out the application:	Between 10 and 30 minutes. (For security purposes, your application form will be automatically terminated after 30 minutes of inactivity.)
Application processing time:	A Desjardins advisor will follow up within 24 hours (business days) of receiving your application.
Information to provide:	Your gross monthly income (before taxes). Your employers from the last 3 years. Your addresses of the last 3 years. Your monthly housing costs (rent, room and board). The value of your vehicles (make and model) and properties. The monthly payments and balances of your credit cards, lines of credit, personal loans and mortgages (including property taxes); car lease payments and other financial commitments (interest-free financing, pay in one year, etc.). Financial information about your spouse or partner (for a joint application). Information about the property to be purchased (municipal evaluation, property taxes, school taxes, address, etc.).
