Processing time:	A Desjardins advisor will follow up within 48 hours (business days) of receiving your form to finalize the application.
Required information:	Caisse contact information. Account to be debited. Account into which money will be deposited.
Tip:	You cannot save your form. Print a copy for your records before sending your form.
