These fees apply to members of caisses populaires affiliated with the Fédération des caisses populaires de l'Ontario inc.

Monthly fixed-rate plans. All plans include the option of making transactions at the teller counter, cheque-writing privileges and automated services¹.

Important:

• Transactions exceeding the number allowed by your plan and/or not included in your plan are billed at the rate set for regular transactions.
• No plans cover the fees for withdrawals made at non-Desjardins ATMs. However, depending on the plan you choose, you may be entitled to 3 free Interac transactions per month.

1. Includes ATM transactions (such as payment of bills registered in your bill file), AccèsD Internet and AccèsD Telephone transactions (payment of bills registered in your file, transfers, person-to-person transfers), direct payment transactions (Canada and the U.S.), direct deposits, direct withdrawals and automatic transfers.

2. The indicated minimum monthly balance must be maintained for the entire month to be eligible for the service charge exemption for the month.

3. Also included in this plan are: one order of 100 personal cheques per year, certified cheques, single-signature American Express^TM traveller's cheques, drafts, Canadian money orders, return of paper cheque images (members receiving paper statement only), and a $15 annual discount (including taxes) on safety deposit box rental.

4. Interac^* network access fees are waived for 3 withdrawals per month made at ATMs of other financial institutions in this plan.

5. ATM payments of bills not registered in your bill file are not included in the Economy, Mid-level and Autonomous plans. To register organizations in your bill file, see how to enter a bill.
