An advisor can help you make any regular account transaction in person at your caisse.

deposits
withdrawals
bill payments
money transfers
statements of transactions
line of credit payments
account balance information
passbook updates and statements of transactions
etc.

With the inter-Caisses system, you can access your accounts at another caisse and make most of your transactions.

withdrawals (subject to daily withdrawal limit)
passbook updates
bill payments

The service is free except for withdrawals that exceed the limit and that require your caisse's authorization.
