There are 2 ways to report a change of address on AccèsD:

Option 1: On the Transactions/Operations page, under Account management, select Change address from the left-hand menu.

Option 2: Under User file in the top right corner, select Change your address from the left-hand menu.

You have to be a Desjardins caisse member or VISA Desjardins cardholder to use AccèsD.
