E-mail alerts
Members who use AccèsD Internet can now use this service to receive e-mails to alert them when certain events occur in their chequing or VISA Desjardins accounts.
Here are the alerts available on AccèsD Internet.
For members:
- minimum balance alerts
- pending bill payment alerts
- epost™ document received alerts
For VISA Desjardins cardholders:
- Credit limit approaching alerts: informs you when your balance reaches the amount you specify.
- Minimum payment not received alerts.
This free service lets you keep a closer eye and better handle on your finances.

How to register for the Alert service
- Log on to AccèsD.
- Under the Operations/Transactions tab, click on User file in the upper right-hand portion of the page, and then on Manage alerts under Alert service in the left-hand menu.
- To register for the Alert service, enter the e-mail address at which you would like to receive the alerts and accept the service terms and conditions.
- The next step will be to activate your e-mail address by entering the activation code that will be sent to you by e-mail.
- Once your e-mail address is activated, you can add alerts to your user file and define the delivery settings.
You'll then receive the e-mail alerts according to the delivery settings specified.
