Eligibility
All personal VISA Desjardins cardholders are eligible for the service.
Payment date
All payment options withdraw from your chequing account on the date appearing on your VISA Desjardins account statement.
Payment notice
Upon receipt of the application, VISA Desjardins will send you a notice indicating the month when your first Authorized Payment will be withdrawn from your chequing account. Your monthly VISA Desjardins account statement will then notify you after the
first month. Your chequing account will be debited on the due date of your VISA Desjardins account statement.
Notification of changes
To ensure a high quality of service, Desjardins Card Services (VISA) must be informed at least seven days before any change of financial institution or chequing account number.
Transaction fees
Your financial institution may debit transaction fees for withdrawing from your chequing account.
Request for refunds
You will be reimbursed for the amounts withdrawn by error within a maximum period of 90 days following the withdrawal.
Changing payment option/Ending the agreement
If you would like to change the payment option or end the Authorized Payment agreement, please notify VISA Desjardins at least three business days before the date of withdrawal from your chequing account by calling
