Activate your new card

Activate your new VISA Desjardins chip card.

Required documents

• The document attached to your new credit card.

Procedure

• Detach your card from the letter to reveal the 8-digit control code.
• Choose a 5-digit PIN if your card doesn't already have one.
• Call Desjardins Card Services from your home at 514-397-1580 or 1-888-389-7823.
• Follow the directions to activate your card and choose a PIN, if required.
• Destroy your old card.
• Sign your new card.

You can use your new card as soon as it is activated.
