Emergency Health Care and Trip Cancellation do not cover pre-existing injuries and medical conditions or any related conditions if, during the reference period, you were awaiting medical test results or
or were advised to do any of the above by a physician.

This limitation does not apply if the medical condition remained stable during the reference period. "Stable" means that there has been no hospitalization or increase in treatment or medication dosage. In the case of a diabetic or of someone taking Coumadin, "stable dosage" is not a factor that is considered.
In certain circumstances that are too risky, the Insurer may decide not to pay the benefits provided for under the contract.
