All 50+ Life Insurance claims must be submitted to Desjardins Financial Security (DFS):

  • in writing to:

It is important to include with your claim:

  • the insured's death certificate
  • a copy of the deceased's will

Desjardins Financial Security may ask you to provide, as quickly as possible, additional information required to assess your claim.
