You are eligible for 50+ Life Insurance if you:

• are between age 50 and 75 inclusive
• meet the health-related insurability requirements
• agree to have the premium debited directly from your caisse account

50+ Life Insurance is offered to Canadian residents only.

You only have to answer four health questions. If your insurance application is accepted, your coverage will take effect immediately.
