Borrowers who need coverage to help pay off their line of credit debt in the event of death or disability.

Features

Amount of insurance
Choose:
  • Life insurance: at least $10,000.
  • Disability insurance: no minimum amount.
Coverage
Includes:
  • Life insurance to ensure full or partial repayment of the insured line of credit balance in the event of the borrower's death.
  • Disability insurance to cover the amount of debt associated with the line of credit in whole or in part while the borrower is totally disabled.

Calculated based on the amount insured.

How are premiums calculated?
Insurance benefits
  • Benefits are paid in the event of death or disability, regardless of the line of credit balance or the amount of debt associated with the line of credit.
  • Disability insurance benefits are not reduced by income from other private or public insurance plans.
