Eligibility

You are eligible for Line of Credit Insurance if you are:

  • the borrower;
  • the borrower's spouse; or
  • the borrower's guarantor.

Age of eligibility

  • You must be under age 70 for life insurance.
  • You must be under age 65 and carry life insurance coverage for disability insurance.

Health questions

Eligibility is determined by a few insurability questions you have to answer when you take out the line of credit. Depending on your answers, you may be required to submit an Insurability Report.
