Coverage period	Up to age 45
Benefit amount	A financial security advisor1 will help you choose the amount that's right for you, from $25,000 to $100,000 The benefit amount can be increased every 5 years, up to 5 times
Cost	Based on the benefit amount and your personal situation (age, gender, smoking habits, state of health, etc.) Payable to age 45
Other	Lets you add insureds or coverages like term life insurance, permanent life insurance, universal life insurance, critical illness insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance or healthcare insurance Offers all the benefits of the Vision contract
Assistance services	Provides access to several GPS Program assistance services at no extra charge: Convalescence Assistance – referrals Legal Assistance Estate Settlement Assistance Travel Assistance
