Do you have the key to your Desjardins caisse?

The Desjardins Access Card, more practical than money!

It gives you access to:

• the most extensive ATM network in Quebec;
• the Interac network throughout Canada;
• the NYCE network throughout the US;
• the PLUS network, available in close to a hundred countries, with over 500,000 ATMs (largely multilingual), located worldwide, that pay you in local currency.

Your Desjardins Access Card also allows you to:

• shop in a wide variety of stores with direct payment service;
• make cash withdrawals in most stores;
• enjoy the countless benefits of AccèsD service.

What are Desjardins ATMs used for?

They grant you direct access your accounts, at any time, without having to visit a caisse counter, for the following transactions:

• deposits¹;
• withdrawals;
• bill payments;
• transfers;
• payments on your line of credit¹;
• information about account balances in the same folio and the balance of your VISA Desjardins account¹;
• updating your passbook and Statement of Transactions (at most ATMs)¹.

1. Free transactions

Remember, your transaction fees can be as high as $3 or more if you use the ATM of a financial institution other than Desjardins. Also:

• charges of $1.50 will apply to withdrawals made from the ATMs of other financial institutions in the INTERAC network;
• you must pay a $3.00 fee for each transaction made from a PLUS network ATM.
