Claims

There are three ways to make a travel insurance claim:

Before your departure (cancellation insurance)

• First call your travel service provider (e.g.: travel agent, airline, etc.) to cancel your trip.
• Then, contact Desjardins Financial Security at 1-800-463-1623.

During your trip

Contact the travel assistance service, toll-free:

• In Canada and the US: 1-800-465-6390
• Elsewhere in the world (except the Americas), dial the overseas area code of the country you are visiting, followed by 800 29 48 53 99^*
• Or, call collect: 514 875-9170

* Available in some countries.

Note: Calling costs will be refunded.
