When you move, it's important you report your change of address quickly to all Desjardins components with which you do business, starting with your caisse. If you pay your bills online on AccèsD, you'll also need to update your bill file.

Notify Desjardins of your new address

If you are an AccèsD user, you can report a change of address to your caisse online right away.

Whether you use AccèsD or not, you'll need to notify each component (caisse, department, subsidiary) you do business with of your new address, depending on the products you hold (accounts, VISA Desjardins credit card, Desjardins Funds, insurance, etc). How to reach Desjardins components

Update your AccèsD bill file

Check to see if new bill or invoice reference numbers have been assigned to the household bills (i.e., hydro, phone) you pay on AccèsD. If yes, you'll need to change the numbers before your next payment to avoid late payment charges. How to update your AccèsD bill file

You can avoid a lot of headaches by signing up for monthly statements of accounts. Your statements will never get lost in the mail and always be secure and available on AccèsD, even if you move on an annual basis.
