Transfer your accounts in 2 easy steps

First, make an appointment with an advisor at your caisse or at a caisse near your home or office, online or by phone.

Then, all you have to do is:

• Sign the "Desjardins Quick Transfer" authorization form to proceed.

• Make a list of the direct deposits and preauthorized payments that you'd like to transfer (e.g.: payroll, regular bills, insurance premiums, subscriptions, etc.) and transfer them to your advisor.
  
  If you want to close your old account, your advisor will request that your balances be transferred and your account closed for you.

Your Desjardins Quick Transfer advisor will take care of everything

Your advisor will then send you a detailed schedule of the transfers and, if applicable, information about your closed account. This way, you'll be able to keep an eye on your money during the transition. The transfer may take from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your payment dates.
